Should you need to speak to a customer service representative you can contact the florist directly using the contact details on the home page or "Contact Us" page. Should you need to amend or cancel an order you have placed we usually require 48 hours notice (72 hours at peak periods). We are however unable to make any changes to orders that have already been dispatched.

UPDATE: the owner got in touch with me, offered to compensate me for the costs of following up with her, and sent my relative a very nice Christmas arrangement by way of apology. I've updated my star rating accordingly.

I ordered a double ended spray for my dad's funeral to go on top of his coffin, but unfortunately they were forgotten about and rushed to the Crematorium & placed on the floor just in time, so my dad had to make his final journey with no flowers at all. The sight of the hearse turning up with no flowers was very distressing on a very emotional day. The fact that I had to chase up Louisa Jane Florist to find out why this had happened made it worse.
Admitted the flowers were beautiful but I would never use this company again. You can't make mistakes when dealing with delicate issue's of funerals

I recently ordered a basket of flowers to be delivered and asked if Louisa Jane could send me a picture of the flowers and I was told she gets asked this all the time and if she remembers she would send a picture. I never received a picture. If I was asked to do something all the time then I would probably think to make it part of my practice. It would have been nice to see the flowers that I sent my friends. I thought being a local florist a more personal touch might have been possible, but no different to using interflora.
