I have used HiCraft for the last 12 years and twice they have fitted a large wooden floor throughout my kitchen diner and hallway. Huw and his team are professional, polite and efficient. The quality of the wood, the fitting and the results are excellent and my floors have stood the test of time (and family life). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - they are experts in their field, they are a pleasure to deal with and always correct any (minor) problems quickly. I like to support local, independent businesses and being based in Clifton, it's a nice showroom to visit too.

They did an absolutely terrible job, I would never recommend them to anyone or have any other work done to my property ever again. The stress they caused me was unbelievable. They took the paint off of walls, split door frames, damaged my carpet and left nails sticking up out of the floor. They are overpriced and a complete disappointment.
