Services
Conduct the check-out at the end of the tenancy and deal with any deductions from the tenant's deposit. If a dispute arises all necessary casework will be submitted to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Rent 4 Sure check, provide false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee).

Having never rented privately before I wasn't sure of the process and had a lot of questions but Chris made it so easy for me! She explained everything clearly and stayed in contact every step of the way, taking my calls even when she was run off her feet! I've had a few queries since I've moved in and Chris has dealt with them quickly, professionally, and with good humour. I can't recommend Kings, and especially Chris highly enough.

I have bought two houses with Kings estate agents after been a tenant, they have helped me greatly! The team responded to my requests within a reasonable time frame and will go above and beyond to help. The team are professional and have a huge span of knowledge on the things I required. Staff took the time to listen to me and what I wanted, at what could have been a stressful time, they were polite and both sales completed smoothly and hassle free. I would recommend buying or renting from them to anyone, fantastic service!
