Set up in 2014 by Directors Jason Hodgson and Simon Glencross, NXT is an independent recruitment agency based in Carlisle, Cumbria. Jason, who had previously worked in recruitment, consolidated his experience to develop his passion - a vision of how excellence in recruitment should truly be conducted.

We are a dedicated team here at NXT. Together we have a wealth of industry experience including: Sales, Business Development, ICT, Hospitality & Catering, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance. Throughout my career I have always been a people person. My ability to form strong interpersonal and business relationships has been key to my success in recruitment.

NXT offers various recruitment solutions to suit the needs of your business and the nature of the role you are looking to fill. The thorough and dedicated recruitment process we have developed, is offered to all clients, irrespective of the staffing solution selected.

Some clients may not require all elements of the service - if for example they already have a set job description they wish to use, whilst others may require extensive support if they want us to target a particular specialist candidate base, recruit internationally or conduct the entire interview process on their behalf.
