I had a terrible experience at Beautification today, which is sad as my 4 previous experiences have been great. I was left waiting for 15 minutes and the building was freezing. Eventually a staff member came over to tell me that I couldn't have my microdermabrasion because of a staff issue that had arisen. It was clearly known about earlier but no… one phoned me in advance. I actually would have cancelled had I known. I was offered dermaplaning, but it sounded painful and wasn't what I wanted. The staff encouraged me to have it, saying it was lovely and I might as well. I visited for the first time yesterday as a Christmas treat. I arrived very early and your staff were so lovely and welcoming. Inga was my nail technician and she was so warm and welcoming but also efficient… and thorough. My nails look amazing and she really took the time to make sure she did a professional job. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends about the fantastic service I received! Thank you so much.

Went today for the Mother’s Day Special which my daughter had brought me a voucher for that i redeemed today for a Pedicure and Back Massage. Such a wonderful experience from the minute I stepped through the… door. I didn’t realise that my pedicure gave me the option of having gel nails which was a nice surprise and so much nice colours to choose from too. My treatments took place in the Luxe Suite which is a lovely room with lovely decor and was nice clean and fresh with nice soothing music playing. My package included Prosecco and chocolate but as I don’t like Prosecco
