I've rang McCaughan's twice enquiring about the same house that was for sale. Twice I've been told that Frank was busy but if I provided my details he would get back to me. Its almost a month since I first called and I still haven't heard anything from him. Poor quality and unprofessional. How many times is this happening? I feel sorry for the people who are putting their trust in him to sell their house. It is near impossible to get a viewing, or thats my experience at least.

My partner works away and cant veiw to after 6pm on a Friday evenings which I was told cant happen asked for Saturday viewing was told couldn't happen either which is very unhelpful. We have already placed three offers in on this home but don't want to place another until my partner see it ask Jordan could she not work with us was told she doesnt get payed after 5:30pm and that if you work to that time you need to get out early for veiwing which just isn't possible for us. Very unhelpful and deeply upsetting that because we can't veiw we may have to pull out of this home. If i was the seller of
