Ordering flowers from Australia to go to a local address is always makes me a little concerned. However, there was no need. The arrangement was perfect, delivered on time and when there was another option available "Forget Me Not" contacted me via email to offer that to me. Thank you for your great service.

Hi I have now had the fantastic realationship on many occassions now. From my telephone call to delivery has been exemplary. The quality of the product is of the highest quality, as is the delivery. I sent flowers to my wife for Valentines Day, and amazingly there are still some flowering( the Brownie points I have got from this)!! Joking aside I do not think you will get a brtter quality product or cost than with Forget Me Not. Congratulations

I was utterly appalled at the lack of flowers and awful arrangement my mother received for her birthday. I spent £30 and you could get a better bunch and a longer lasting bunch if you go to co-op. I even emailed saying I was unhappy and had no apologies or anything. Will definitely not be going here again! Unfortunate because they used to be very good, obviously there's a new owner or something. VERY BAD.

I had a unique situation where I needed same-day delivery (ordering from America) to be delivered in St. Ives, and it was late in the day there and I had already been turned down by several companies. They came through for me, however, and the flowers were beautiful. It meant a lot that they made it happen even though it was last-minute. Definitely recommended.

Terrible and extremely disappointing level of care and customer service I certainly cannot recommend this florist to anyone in case they are let down as I was this week:
I had arranged for a £40 (inclusive of delivery charge) bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my Mother on the anniversary of my Dad's death. I instructed that the flowers be left in the porch as it was likely we would be out.
The delivery was not made and a note was put through the door to say the flowers had been taken back to the shop. When I made my enquiry I was told they could redeliver the next day - but only if I made
