I challenged a guy driving an avalon home van who parked in a disabled bay in wickes car park, at first he told me he was allowed to use the spot as he worked at a nursing home, when I told him that didn't qualify him to park there, he became very aggressive and claimed to have a mental condition, so I again pointed out to him that the disabled spots are for people with mobility difficulties at which point he told me to f*@k off and mind my own business, I then phoned the office number on the side of his van to complain, but the chap in the office didn't seem to care and was making excuses as to

Very, very poor care, owner shouted at us when we complained. lots of unsafe and unhygenic issues, too much too list here. Individual staff were overworked or not trained enough, check the CQC report history....says it all !! Because of the result, one star is too generous, worthy of no stars in my opinion

All staff are friendly and very helpful, my grandmother stays here, well looked after and cared for. Occasionally clothes get missed placed but always get found again. All client's requirements are met and activities take place according to each client's capabilities. Hygiene is kept to a high standard, food is good quality. All the rooms are kept clean fresh and tidy. Bed linen is fresh and clean. Everything here is modern with keeping individual records on an iPad for clients members to see if they want to. Don't know why others are writing such negative posts as this care home does not deserve
