Booked a transfer to Heathrow and return from Gatwick. Different driver for both legs - both were really polite and helpful. The return driver was happy to stop twice to give us chance to wake the kids and stretch our legs and then to pick up a bottle of milk. They happily stored our car seats for the return journey for three months. On time both times.

The driver was 40 mins late. In the past when I have kept a driver waiting (due to a situation out of my control) I was charge additional waiting time fees by the driver. When the situation is reversed and I am keep waiting he refused to refund or compensate me for my time and missing my train ( costed me a penalty) Totally hypocrisy, unfair and an abuse of power. I used to used them a lot in the past to go to River Cottage HQ but never will again. I used Axminster taxis for the return part of my journey and everything was perfect and cheaper.
