I have used this company for along time and will never use again. Ordered clothes and paid extra for next day delivery and now sending several days later. These clothes where for my holiday!!!! Not happy at all, called them about 20 times and no answer. Emailed several times and they have dispatched when I asked them to cancel order as they didnt send ontime and now cannot use for my holiday. Very poor service do not use this company

Got this as a gift, but i'm really not happy with the trousers. Such bad quality - I could've made this myself at home. These should sell for a fiver. Awful, would not recommend buying.

Don't try to contact them via the telephone, its impossible. Been trying to phone them for the past 3 days ref a delivery and it automatically goes to a voice mail, of which you can't leave a message because it is full ?? Terrible customer support service.

Do not buy from here customer care is terrible as I bought a jumper and tried it on and was to small I asked for a different size in exchange and they refused it as they said it had 2 pet hairs on it. NEVER AGAIN

HORRIBLE QUALITY and POOR CUSTOMER CARE - I received the item , tried it on and returned and they said I couldn't return because the tag had been taken off (even though I had sent the tags along with the return). Pretty much any online retailer will accept returned items even if the tag has been cut off but still returned along with the item. When I asked for a smaller size in return they refused.
FYI the quality is horrible, extremely thin paper-like material, probably get something better in the pound store.
They even charge you for return - most retailers don't. What a joke this place is!

Service is poor, bought a coat for this online retailer, arrived faulty, was told to send the coat back to them for an exchange.
Now 3days later they have emailed saying they have never had an issue with manufacturer, and it must of been damaged while I had it. Only had the coat 2 days, poor poor service. Will be taking it further, and reclaiming my money back.
I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

Purchased an item for a Christmas Present unfortunately too small will not accept a return or exchange as is outside of returns period, Shame on you. 1st time purchaser never again
