The service and attention from the staff here was amazing when I arranged a service through them for my mom. They were utterly professional in every detail, helping me through the difficult decisions and ensuring what we wanted on the day was met with precision planning, carried out by them on the day exactly as desired.
I can not speak highly enough of this company or thank them enough for making the day a fitting tribute to my mom.

My mother recently passed away unexpectedly, this was a real shock. As a family we have always used WH Painter so there was never a question on who we would use to take care of mom.
Although we buried my father 6 years ago this was a very different situation, I had mom by my side then but this time it was me making sure I did everything I could to give her the best send off possible and with the current COVID-19 it made the idea of arranging a funeral even more daunting.
I called WH Painter and left a message, Katie H called me back and as soon as I had spoken to her it was obvious I had made

I could not recommend William H Painters highly enough.
Joan was our funeral arranger and guided us through the process in a professional, friendly, warm, caring and patient manner. She made, a situation that I'd never been through before, very easy and very smooth.
Joan recommended the officient, Rick. He read my moms eulogy in a relaxed and friendly way.
I'd also like to praise the printers for the beautiful orders of service.
I'd like to thank everyone involved, you all did us as a family, and my mom proud.

All the staff at William painters go above and beyond at such a difficult time , Joan organised the funeral for us , she was always available to answer any questions and reassurance and accommodated as much as she could for us given the difficult times due to covid . She is a lovely person and showed nothing but respect and compassion for our family it was so nice to have our own dedicated person to contact so easily.
The actual funeral went as perfectly as it could the staff who attended were so respectful throughout , Katie was there on the day to oversee everything and looked after us as did

The funeral of my grandmother was wonderful. Everything went to plan and it was a lovely send off that she deserved & the day went well. Me and my family are eternally grateful for that.
However, I’m very upset and disappointed in the fact we had the interment of her ashes today, but upon receiving her ashes, the plaque attached on top of the box was engraved with the wrong date of death. This was obviously pulled off the box as we did not want her buried with a wrongly engraved plaque attached. Also there was some cello tape attached on the plaque, upon removing, part of the lettering come

Excellent professional, caring, and compassionate staff both from the initial meeting to discuss our needs and requirements to the staff on the ground on the day of the service
No pressure on any issues and all options explained with costs for us to decide on. The Yardley branch organised everything for us which is a tremendous help when a bereavement occurs and removes a lot of pressure one is under at the time. Highly recommended
