Free courtesy cars available. In addition to the Free Collection and Delivery we can also lend you one of our courtesy cars at no extra charge. We will even drop it off when we collect your car! All work covered by our six month parts and labour guarantee. Jack founded the company back in 2006 and started as a call out one-man-band from the back of his Land Rover. His history with Land Rovers, Brooklands College and the Military (REME) gave him all the skills he would need to promote and run a successful business. He quickly realized the potential in vehicle servicing and repair and was soon settled in his first premises.
Tom joined the team early in 2013 in order to help further our experience as a team within the workshop and also to help manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and facilities at the site. He has a vast experience within the motor trade, and his history of over 16 years with his previous Garage shows his dedication to the trade!

We now have both our cars serviced and maintained by MES instead of the main dealers Mercedes and BMW. They have pick up and drop off service and loaned car bookable in advance. Their service is professional, communication excellent and timing is spot on.

The bad news was that both my vehicles 'died'' almost together, the good news was that they both went to MES. One had to be trailered, which they arranged, and one required a rare part to be located and shipped from Germany. I was kept informed regularly by Tom on progress and budget etc. Both cars are now running as they should be, both were returned in 'show room 'condition having been fully valeted and washed. I cannot recommend MES highly enough, and they gave me a courtesy car .

Top rated service right from the moment I first phoned. Everything looks and feels so efficient at MES. Service and brake fluid change all very well done, quoted beforehand (and price checked). And lovely to drive back in a beautifully cleaned and vacuumed car. Altogether a much better experience than the main dealer. We will be back!

Contacted MES about a knocking suspension sound on my car. They were able to collect it from my workplace, diagnose the fault and complete the repairs quickly and at a good price, cheaper than the main dealer quoted. They also cleaned the car inside & out before returning it. Very pleased, thanks Tom for the great service! Will definitely come back.

We recently moved to Surrey from Dorset and my vehicle was due for its 2yr service. M.E.S came highly recommended by neighbours so I booked it. Well, just when you thought Customer Service was long time gone.... From the initial phone call to the invoice, I couldn't fault the service, communication, professionalism, courtesy. First they kindly offered to pick-up the car and drop it off at the end of the day, once the service was completed I've received a full report over the phone and letting me know the car was on its way. AND...... the car had been fully valeted, I mean fully... Cleaner and shinier
