I can't fault Peach Properties and, like another reviewer, I never thought I would say this about an estate agent! My dealings with them as a landlord have been excellent. The whole process in renting out my property was easy and has gone very smoothly. Chris and Nick, in particular, were very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I was out of the country and was notified about an issue from the management property and so grateful for Peach Properties in particular for Sue Bradshaw. She was already on the case ,took all the necessary steps, gave me the reassurance I needed . Very professional and super helpful and friendly , worth every cent!

Great small independent agency
I rented with Peach for a few years and having rented through other agents when I was in London - they are by far the best.
Any repairs were done efficiently and quickley. Georgie and the maintenance team were excellent. I'll use them again for sure and recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Jack from Peach Properties on finding a flat - he was very responsive and professional, and also very knowledgeable about the Shoreditch area. The whole team at Peach (including Nick Hardy) were very friendly and easy to work with. They made the process feel stress-free and really gave the impression that you were in good hands.

Totally agree with the last two comments. Rarely write reviews .. but I have had my properties with the Peach gang for 7 years. The always get good tenants and always look after them and the property.
Its a small company - just 6 or 7 of them, but all the staff are consistent and have been there since I placed my property with them.
Trustworthy, honest, quirky and above all - bloody nice to deal with.

Finally, an honest estate agent who didn't laugh at my budget and try to coerce me in to spending more money on ugly apartments in Hackney.
The two men that work at Peach are so helpful and a complete breath of fresh air, after dealing with local agencies such as Foxtons up in Old Street. It is a small, local estate agent that knows the surrounding areas extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend using them, or at least speaking to them before renting a property in the area, as they gave us a fair bit of useful information.

It might sound anomalous given the straight-laced reputation of most estate agents, but Peach Properties is probably the quirkiest real estate agency in the neighbourhood, being housed in an ex-public toilet at the Shoreditch end of Bethnal Green Road.
I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again.
