This garage is the worst one I have ever come across. Took my Landrover into them in November last year and was told the job would be done in a week. I've picked it up today (March!) and the job still hadn't been done. I supplied the parts, and the job was essentially straight forward, barring a few new brackets etc. One excuse after the other, workshop flooded,ramp broken but somehow other cars were fixed and sorted. To top it all the inside is now full of black mould due to it being parked in a field,round the back and essentially forgotten about.The doors were left unlocked also. This company

Fantastic independent garage the guy there knows his stuff knows what you are on about which sometime is not the most easiest thing to try and explain over the phone the guy took my Range Rover him sorted the problem out had it back the same day what more can you ask for an independent garage better than Land Rover just seem to rip you off every chance they get especially the one in Ashford you take it in there for something very insignificant and you walk out with a bill for a couple of £100 for 5 minutes work on your vehicle surely this can't be right I understand it's a main dealer but why

1 Star is 1 too many, awful service would not recommend
They had my car for over a month, before they eventually refused to fix it, as they were unwilling to buy the necessary parts to do it. When i questions their reasoning i found out they wouldn't buy expensive parts that might mean they would need to register for VAT.
If they didn't want to job they could have told me day one rather then almost 5 weeks later!
