Mike's wife Becky joined the business six years ago and keeps the business ticking and growing. Office Administrator Romaine manages the diary, keeps all the engineers organised and will be your first point of contact on the phones. There's no one quite like Baz, which is why he's Special! An all round star engineer, Baz particularly loves fitting underfloor heating and pipework.

Our trusty office hound, Zak loves nothing more than to snuggle up under Becky's desk for an afternoon snooze. My faith in the plumbing fraternity has been restored by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. They arrived during the time slot allocated and the problem was identified quickly and solutions suggested and advice given.

We manage a range of commercial plumbing and heating projects, including office heating, communal kitchens and bathrooms, and ad hoc call-outs for wear and tear. Established in 2006, we are a family business on a mission to provide confidence in the plumbing and heating trade. From the first contact with the office, visit from Mike to quote for the installation of a new boiler and radiators, boiler, new pipework, radiator fitting by Baz to the connection of the radiators by Danny, superb. The Team at Lacey plumbing demonstrate the highest standard in customer experience, professionalism, friendly, very clean work, fast, efficient, the whole job was run as a project, great family business, nothing is too much trouble for them, Thank you all.

Laceys came to install a thermostat at my Mum's house and the boiler stopped working soon after. The staff were on site for 4 hours and replaced a part, but unfortunately the boiler could not be repaired. The team were brilliant and a quote for a ew boiler arrived the next morning and it is due to be installed tomorrow. I can't thank every member of the team enough, who have gone over and above to ensure my Mum has heating as soon as possible in this cold snap. Highly recommend to anyone

Went through the Bosch Worcester website and they were highly rated local tradespeople, so chose them. Contacted me quickly, arranged a site visit and gave a reasonable quote for the work. Engineer did a good job. Everything was on time and professional. Minor snagging sorted without fuss. Admin team were good point of contact. Finance for the boiler sorted easily. Very happy with service and will use for future plumbing work.
