I had the mis-pleasure of going here for a tyre and wheel alignment.
Took ages, they said they'd call me when it was done but close to closing I called them to be told it was ready.
I went and guess what, it wasn't done yet.
I waited patiently when this big fella walked in smoking who I guess was the boss. He walked behind the desk and while looking at me asked "what does this mush want". I asked calmly who he was referring to as "mush" and he went quiet.
I took the car when they said it was finished and it was still not right. I wasn't going through that again so went to another garage nearby

Had a tyre fitted a few weeks ago and what great service. the guy that fitted them checked my other tyres and preassures free of charge, very careful and professional service. i need 2 new tyres in the next few weeks and will definitely be going back. my sprinter van for regular distance work needs good service and chorley tyres are spot on. cheers.
