DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Needed 1 pack of vinyl flooring as I ordered too little and it was cheaper to order from here with delivery. Ordered on 1/11/2021 and my order still hasn’t been collected for delivery yet. The only way to contact them is by “Live chat” which takes at least 24 hours for them to reply, I’ve asked for a refund and cancellation and they haven’t actioned this yet (it’s been 3 days since I requested a refund)
Based on other reviews I don’t think they actually have the stock in. Go elsewhere to a legitimate company, this place is an absolute scam ran by incompetent

Will never buy from them again. We only received part of an order and they refused to admit it despite an email from the courier stating that a pack had been split and returned to them. They know that. I even offered to donate the disputed amount (£100) to a childrens charity which they refused to do. Appalling customer service. Riz tried to talk over me most of the time. They have done themselves out of a 100 sq meter order which I will be placing elsewhere.

The worst service I’ve ever had with any UK company. One month after having bought and paid for flooring I had to get a refund. Never contacted me once, was me chasing them all the way, multiple times. Each time they lied telling me they tried to call that day. Tiring listening to them. Comedic frankly.
After 2 weeks and no delivery I called to be told they don’t have enough stock, despite still showing it as in stock online.
Then told they have part of the order. I go to clients house, measure up and see if I can’t omit a room until more stock arrives. I call back and ask them to tell

If leaving no stars was an option i would do that. I ordered some floor a while back which stated on their website, water and scratch proof - there used to be an image of the water resistant on the website. I had an issue with the floor being delivered, which i managed to sort, my floor has been laid for roughly 6/9 weeks now - if that, we do not have a pet, my floor is scratched to pieces, it has burn marks on - it has scratches I got in touch with customer service and never heard back, I’ve chased every week to be told.... i need to pay an inspection fee of £220 for them to come and inspect
