Very poor. Bought a canteen of silver cutlery from them several years ago and recently wanted to offload it as we have since moved house. Very poor customer service. Asked to contact them in afew months after their antique fair season, when I did emails simply ignored. Why not just say if you are not interested? Makes me wonder if the price we paid was a rip off and they are too embarrassed to make an offer. Advise getting a second opinion before buying anything from them.
