We are NOT contracted with the Legal Aid Agency to provide free legal aid help and assistance for crime work. We undertake this type of work on a privately funded basis only. We are able to represent you privately from an interview at the police station to any court hearings or regulatory or disciplinary hearing.
For sending a pre- action protocol-compliant letter of claim in a straightforward debt claim, the typical cost would be at our hourly rate of 250 plus VAT. These costs would be more in a complex matter or if investigatory work or counsel's opinion is required to be solicited prior to sending the pre-action protocol letter.
Our specialist and dedicated Housing Team passionately defends the rights of those with housing problems. Our solicitors will deal with your case sympathetically and they will fight on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome. Most of the work is carried out on Legal Aid basis if you satisfy a means and merits test.
Our team has extensive collective experience in delivering high quality work in all matters relating to Immigration work in the United Kingdom. We have four members of the team who may work on your matter. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Dr. Abess Taqi, a practising solicitor and Notary Public.

Amazing and speedy service. I called the office with the request to notorise my documents and was referred to Abess who booked me in for the next day. I was told they were not a very good company, but through we’ll give them a chance. Our biggest mistake, Strung us along for nearly two years, paid thousands of pounds, to which we didn’t/ don’t have. Gotten into debt to meet there demands and got nothing to show for it. Given incorrect and incomplete information. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Terrible service from abess taqi. Booked appointment for him to witness a declaration which took 5 minutes of another solicitors time but apparently booked a natory which he was able to do anyway but rudely said he has not the time for. Please do not waste your time with him, very unprofessional solicitor and company.
