Rude and unprofessional. Didn't understand the details we were discussing, and became very defensive and hostile. I recommend to avoid and use a bigger and more established agency.

The worst lettings agent I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I found them completely unprofessional and rude. Their director, Darren came over to the property and lied to us regarding contract renewal saying that there were options available that weren't because he hadn't even bothered to talk to the landlord. Instead he increased rent because of ‘market value’, even though the house had been neglected for 8 years (at that point). So after he lied to us (tenants), I then rang him up to confront him about it to which he became extremely defensive, aggressive and just talked to me

Horrible service from the sales team to property management team. Sales team demanded references for de facto future earnings ('can you prove that you will be earning that amount in a few months') - when we refused (after providing already numerous documents and references), and asked for landlord's decision, suddenly the references were not needed and landlord accepted. As per the property management team, the flat has had numerous leaks from the first month we moved in and they were not being fixed properly which resulted in the house being flooded twice (to date!). We rented from Cedar Estates for 2 and half years and i have no complaints at all. We had some minor issues with a cracked window and with the boiler and these were resolved quickly and professionally. Also at the end of the tenancy, the finance team sorted out an over payment very speedily.
I would definitely be happy to rent through them again in the future.

Our first rental in London was with Cedar estates since 2019 and we’ve just rented another home from them. Their properties are lovely and the letting team is fantastic. We were looked after by Alex. When it comes to property management - all important and urgent matters are dealt with exceptionally well, but with mundane annoying matters like garden maintenance it’s a work in progress:) overall pleased with the company

Avoid. They will use your deposit hiring a third company with incredibly overpriced costs and no notice at all in the dispute process. I am aware that I'm not the only one that suffered this, feel free to contact me if you need further information.

Everyone careful with this agency! FEES, FEES EVERYWHERE!!! They wont do anything for you whilst being a tenant. Always on Landlord side! It was an absolute nightmare. Also very rude agents. Run away.

Very rude staff that hang up on you whilst on the phone. Will say anything to get your money and once they do treat you like crap. Handyman let's himself in without notice. Set appointment with third party companies that are suitable for them not you even you're ones living there. Avoid at all cost!
