I had Roofriendly replace my guttering and fascia's two years ago which seemed to go well. A year ago I noticed a wall in one of the bedrooms getting damp which was caused by the roof tiles being moved and not put back correctly. With the Roofriendly ten year guarantee I called them and asked them to have a look. They tried everything to avoid my emails and phone calls but eventually they came out to look only for the fitter to tell me it was not him who did the job and said they have not done anything wrong.
