TERRIBLE - AVOID CAROLE
I found a lovely flat in Hampstead through them and had a great experience with the land lord, but have since moved.
The move out process is ongoing as they were extremely unprofessional and did not know how to even go about signing a new tenant to replace me in my flat share. I am now 300 pounds poorer because they took so long to prepare documents and such. It has been over 2 weeks and they have yet to return my deposit
Carole's attitude was quite rude - do avoid!!!!!
