Carefree Cakes

Wow!!!! What an AMAZING cake that Sarah produced for our wedding. Everyone commented on how amazing it looked and tasted, we were truly blown away. Sarah was really helpful from the initial enquiry right through to the big day. I contacted Sarah with my requests and she kindly sent through lots of examples of naked cakes that she’d previously produced to help give us ideas and options. We then attended a cake tasting session with Sarah and she was very accommodating, all the flavours sounded so good that I couldn’t decide on which ones to try so we ended up trying four and they were all delicious

We first met Sarah at a wedding fair in Bristol. Her cakes looked amazing, and she was so helpful from the start that we were instantly put at ease and felt she was the right person to make our cake. We weren't wrong! Sarah produced a lovely "nearly naked" cake which was perfect for our relaxed farm wedding. Throughout the process she was helpful - advising us through key decisions and helping us to make sure it was the right cake for us. When we told her a couple of friends couldn't eat gluten, she made them separate gluten free cupcakes which looked amazing and the friends in question said they

I have used Sarah for my daughters wedding cake and then baby shower cake. Sarah is so passionate about her cakes and is very easy and reliable to communicate with. I recently ordered a cake from Sarah for a friend’s birthday which not only looked incredible but also tasted delicious! Sarah worked with my ideas to produce the most wonderful and amazing creation which looked absolutely stunning and my friend was thrilled! The flowers and decoration were so intricate and looked perfect......it was almost too beautiful to cut! Sarah is very talented and I would not hesitate to place further orders and recommend her to all my friends and family!

Gluten & Lactose Free celebration cake. When I enquired about the possibility of a GF & LF Anniversary celebration cake, Sarah was immediately up for the challenge. The result was beautifully made, wonderfully presented and fabulously tasting with a Vanilla top tier & Lemon bottom tier sponge cake. Really light, no one would have known GF& LF if I hadn't have told them. Highly recommended and extremely professional.

I was instantly impressed from the first time we met. Sarah made my wedding cake which consisted of cupcakes and a traditional fruit cake. I had a picture of what i had in mind yet the finished product was even better.

We would highly recommend. We had an amazing wedding cake and cupcakes which we took on a cruise ship for our wedding and a stunning 4 tier naked wedding cake for our reception party back home. The cakes all tasted great as well as looking impressive. We received a lot of great comments from our guests.

There aren't enough stars to rate this. Sarah is brilliant and she's done an amazing job with our wedding cake. Only one meeting was necessary to establish all details and the cake was perfect (taste and look). I think this was the easiest decision we took for our wedding and that tells a lot. We would highly recommend.

I wish i could give 10 stars really. Sarah baked our wedding cake. It wasn't just beautiful, it was delicious. I'm usually not that much of a cake fan, but i couldn't get enough of my wedding cake. We store one tier for our first wedding anniversary and every time i look at it in the freezer, i just can't wait. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind we had, we didn't have to call Sarah to remind her, I just explained what we wanted and all i can say is that my wedding cake was PERFECT!!! Thanks a lot Sarah.

Sarah made my God daughters 21st birthday cake, which was incredible. Stunning in solid chocolate on the outside with a gold bow, so carefully designed with tiny swirls in cream all over the cake. The detail consistently delicate and just beautiful. Cutting into the cake looked perfectly layered with chocolate fondent , separated each section. Cutting so easily it tasted divine. I am so very grateful Sarah, thank you - your passion and skill stood out a mile. Karen xx
