At Jordan Andrews, as well as a range of leading manufacturers' products, we sell Istoria wood flooring - our own brand. We do this so that we can ensure that every single one of our customers knows that their flooring is not only approved by us, but that we are responsible for it.

We know that trends come and go, especially in interior design, so here we will keep you up to date with the latest wood floor fashions. We have had a huge increase in interest for our geometric shaped flooring over the last 3-6 months. Our mansion weave has been particularly popular in recent weeks, so much so we have had to purchase an addition CNC machine to keep up with demand.

My experience with Jordan Andrews has been extremely poor. I have made every effort to work with Stavros but the customer service is atrocious - missed appointments, calls and emails not returned, promises made and never delivered etc etc. I can't even say I am happy with the product - the wood scratches and marks so easily, I've never experienced anything like it and feel like there was a fault/error in the manufacturing / treating process. At the very least I would have expected advice at the point of sale if this particular floor had these attributes as I never would have purchased it. I've

I visited several suppliers of hardwood flooring but was unable to find exactly what I needed until I came across Istoria Wood Floors. They have an incredible variety of wood flooring to choose from. I was shown round by Jordan and with his knowledge and experience, it wasn’t long before we found the exact colour and character of flooring I was after.
Customer service was excellent - Jordan and Jeni were a pleasure to work with. The fitters did an amazing job and finished ahead of schedule.
Overall, I’m really pleased and would definitely recommend!
