Up to the point of installation and the guys who installed our door, the company have been fantastic. However the door was fitted without the ordered door knocker and Door guard. Unfortunately we had to notify them of the missing items... Due to covid the knocker is out of stock with no date for delivery so the job is incomplete and no idea when it will be completed... Disappointing given we’ve waited 3 months for the door (in order to secure the January discount).

I suspect the absurdly bad reviews have been submitted by competitors underhandedly, in view of our experience with this company. This provider has exceeded our expectations and delivered extremely prompt aftercare in its efforts to supply a top quality service and product. I highly recommend Provincial Windows and their staff who are both amenable and helpful.

We chose Provincial because we wanted a new front door, we found that Solider are the best ands Provincial are the best local installer.
Is been an excellent experience, from the patience they showed when we looked at options in the showroom, through to the very neat installation. They have been professional and courteous throughout.
