Services
It all depends on the design you want and how many alterations you require during the design and production of the item of jewellery. A bespoke diamond rng can take beteen 2-8 weeks to make. We normally ask the customer to come in to our Cheshire based workshop to collect their item of jewellery. However, items can be securly delivered and will take 1 to 2 working days.

Fabulous little place. I got a ring that I designed custom made here for my 18th back in 2015 and it turned out even better than I imagined, super happy with it.
Came back February 2021 to have that and another of my rings cleaned as they had got a bit full and had never been cleaned and within 24hrs they had been dropped off, cleaned to the point of sparkling and looking brand new and picked back up again.
Can't fault the service or the quality. Highly recommend!

I can’t tell you how happy I am! I have had repairs done here and all repairs are to a very high standard.
I have just had a bespoke ring made by Adrian, and the ring is BEAUTIFUL!! as I write this with happy tears in my eyes I cannot express how happy I am with the ring and the service from this family run business.
Great selection of items (see website for inspiration) If you have an idea, vision of a piece of jewellery for you or that someone special then you need to go here.

I took my watch here for a replacement battery, they replaced it within an a couple of hours. However, within a couple of days of having it back it started losing 10 minutes every day. I took it back for them to have a look at it, and was told the battery is fine and that there's nothing they can do, and I should send it away to the manufacturer. 2 weeks further on and the seconds hand on the watch is sweeping 4 seconds at a time which indicates the battery is at the end of its life. Poor service and poor replacement batteries.
