The company is misleading the customers by advertising ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’’. Please check Dunelm prices for Heritage rugs, they are selling at least 34% cheaper than you….even if you are giving 20% discount, the customers can buy the same Heritage rugs 14 % cheaper in Dunelm than in your company. We are gutted as we believed in your ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’ and we bought many various sizes Heritage rugs from your company….

Well, guess what. I came home from work on Monday evening to find a card to say that the rug had been left with a neighbour. The rug had not been returned to the supplier as requested/ On picking up the rug (vintage patchwork multi) it was lighter than I had anicipated for a rug of its size. I laid it out and it feels thinner and flatter than the 8mm described. It is an attractive design (although slightly more muted than the illustration) and a perfect size for the area that I need to cover so I decided to keep it. I will put some soft padding underneath.
