Having originally purchased it from TMS Hinckley I took my 2yr old S90 in earlier this year to try to cure an annoying noise which I thought may be a wheel bearing. The mechanic diagnosed noisy brakes so much to my shock as the car had only done 38,000 miles they replaced all 4 discs and pads at a cost of £1300. (They were not quite worn out as it was mostly motorway miles). After complaining that this had not cured it they agreed to refund half the bill £650 and suggested it may be the tyres, so quoted me for them. A month later I went elsewhere and it turned out to be a faulty rear wheel bearing

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from TMS Volvo Hinckley in the past handful of months. My experience on both occasions has been nothing less than first class in every respect. Fabulous experience, clearly a well run family business. Quiet clear what i was after and the sales team focused on my requirements which ended in a quick sales transaction. I could only add positives about this dealership, a truely professional run business promoting the Volvo brand. I can't see me moving away from either the dealership or the brand on for my next purchase
