Very unimpressed with their auto-renewal policy. They don't just invite you to renew when your current policy nears its expiry - they actually take the money for the following year, without warning, without consent, and 3½ weeks before it's due … and then when you telephone them to confront them about it, they still attempt to justify their immoral actions as acceptable. They don't even warn you when you take out your initial policy that they intend to do this. Disgraceful conduct. Even with a cheaper policy being offered (I say "offered" loosely, seeing as the money had already been taken)
