I was in quite a rush as i was coming up to the end of the stamp duty holiday in June 2021, i was struggling to find a competent solicitor to conveyance and purchase a property for me. Nearly every solicitor i had spoken to previously was absolutely slammed with a massive workload, with some flat out refusing to take me on. I cannot praise Malcolm Turner highly enough. He dealt with my mother’s estate, including a complicated trust, in a prompt, efficient and sympathetic manner.
