I spoke to the staff at Fast track personnel and they all seemed nice. I was placed at Plastic omnium based in Measham. Everything was going well until I was informed on my fourth day of employment that via a phone call I was no longer needed due to a personality/culture clash. I was asked by the agency over the phone if I'd had a fallout, disagreement or discrepancy with any other staff during my short lived employment, which I hadn't. I told the agency that everything was going well up until receiving the phone call. I was appalled and devastated that a company could get rid of someone for doing
