Built in the 1830's the house has been renovated to provide comfortable modern living while keeping its traditional features. Fully fitted kitchen, living room with log burning stove, dining room with grand piano, downstairs loo & utility, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

There is a sunny terrace overlooking the valley with garden furniture and an enclosed garden beyond plus parking for 2 cars. The house enjoys quiet, peaceful surroundings and the village, riverside and hills are all within walking distance. Rothbury provides excellent shopping, pubs and restaurants.

Comfortable accommodation,very clean and fully equipped. Has very attractive views from it's lofty heights. The only negative is the long steep driveway leading down to the entrance which can be scary. Lovely welcome pack from the owner consisted of jams, bread, milk and croissants. Nice touch.

Beautiful location and great local village to visit. The croft is a lovely place to stay. Well stocked with a thoughtful welcome pack with delicious goodies to eat. Lots of local walks to enjoy with your dog . With plenty of beaches and castles to enjoy within 30 minutes.
