This is over and above any tyre marks or oil staining that may be present on the surface of the paving.

Roofs that don't see as much sunlight are more prone to moss infections and If your roof is severely infected by moss his can cause serious problems. When moss is wet it is 5 times heavier than dry moss and as you know we receive more than our fair share of rain in the UK but when the temperature drops in winter the moss freezes and that can cause the brittling of your roof tiles.

Chris and his team cleaned our fully rendered house a few months ago. The render was very badly stained with algae, but after the two treatments applied by Chris, the render is looking as good as new. We are very pleased and impressed with the results. Chris is very knowledgeable and reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had our house exterior cleaned and biocide added. Great job by Chris and his team. Front of the house looks fantastic after having all the yellow moss and black mold removed. Balcony and windows cleaned too. So pleased we had this done as its really improved the look of the whole house. Highly recommend!

Chris has transformed my garden which went horribly green and mouldy over the winter. He has been able to completely turn it around and all the stones/ tiles look brand new again. He is extremely professional, friendly and has extensive knowledge of biofilms, algae's and using safe products, which have produced outstanding results. I would highly recommend Chris and will definitely be asking him to come back again as well.

We hired ProClean direct to carry out a full clean of our entire roof (4 bed detached plus garage and rear extension), the quality of work was exception and we’re extremely pleased by the results. The staff were very well mannered and courteous, explaining the process throughout while also taking great care not to cause damage and took additional precautions to ensure our pets and children were not put at risk due to the chemical use. The price we paid was very competitive and we would quite happily use again. Excellent service
