Selling a house just as the first pandemic lockdown eased was never going to be easy. James, however, had the knowledge, skills and relaxed style to make it seem like just another sale in normal times. He was the only agent we met who really knew our village (Souldern) with an extensive knowledge of its attractions and a deep understanding of the value of local properties (especially since he seems to have sold most of them!).
