Harris & Ross
Although social distancing rules are being relaxed, cases remain high and are climbing, and we have a responsibility to protect you, our patients, and ourselves. Furthermore, although rules are being relaxed regarding social distancing, rules regarding isolating are not. Therefore, it remains imperative that we protect ourselves and our patients as much as possible.

Our policy at Harris & Ross will therefore not change at this stage. Therapists will continue to wear PPE and we would like all of our patients (where possible) to support us by continuing to wear face masks when attending appointments. We remain in close contact situations during appointments and therefore we feel that it is appropriate to continue with these measures at this stage.
Services
Harris & Ross, formed in 2004 by Directors Rob Harris and Jeff Ross, grew from the desire to be able to bring the same level of care provided to elite athletes to the general public; bridging the gap between how professional sports people were being treated and what was available to everyone else.
At Harris & Ross, we provide a wide range of physiotherapy and healthcare services to suit all needs. Whether you want to recover from an injury in order to return to work, prepare for a sporting event or simply wish to achieve a more active lifestyle, our experts can tailor a plan to help you achieve your goals.
The neck is a common region to cause headaches. Cervicogenic headaches or Cervical headache as they are known, are terms used to describe a headache that is secondary to a problem in the neck. This includes dysfunction of the joints, muscles, fascia and nerves of the neck. Causes of a cervical headache are varied.
A 5th Metatarsal Fracture is a common injury we see at Harris & Ross. It requires complete immobilisation and Harris & Ross will then focus on alleviating the stiffness and weakness in the area once healed. With our help, the symptoms of a metatarsal fracture recovery can be alleviated and we can get you back on your feet.
Frozen Shoulder, or Adhesive capsulitis as it is also known, is a condition that causes severe pain and stiffness of the shoulder. At Harris & Ross, our practitioners are expert in diagnosing and guiding treatment for people suffering from this condition. The exact cause is unknown. It sometimes can be set off by a small injury, but most often starts following no trauma or injury of note at all.

Sophie is a fantastic physio. She very professionally and diligently identified the root biomechanical cause of why my foot was in pain. I am very grateful to her in helping in my recovery. I would highly recommend.

I've been putting off seeing a Physio about ongoing knee problems for nearly 3 years now - I finally went and saw Sophie Tucker today (March 2021) for an initial assessment and treatment plan. Sophie was nothing but friendly, professional and I really quickly felt like i could trust her and her knowledge. I'm looking forward to working with Sophie over the coming weeks so I can get back walking pain free again! I can highly recommend Harris & Ross (and Sophie).

I brought my 13 year old daughter to see Luke early last year after she had damaged her knee playing for her football team. Luke suspected a torn ACL and advised and guided us on the way forward. An MRI scan confirmed she had unfortunately torn her ACL and I’m pleased to say thanks to the advice given my daughter is now back playing football. Thank you Luke.

A huge thank you to Dave at Harris & Ross for treating my little boy after injuring himself at a trampoline party. Dave was so thorough - he wouldn’t leave a stone unturned. He was incredibly professional, he really put a shy boy at ease and we left with a smile on our faces for the first time since the injury! We can’t thank you enough!

Excellent service. I've been with Harris & Ross several times now and have always found the level of physio and clinic itself to be extremely high quality. I'm in the middle of rehab for an ankle and knee injury and have seen significant improvement after my 3rd session.

I found them extremely helpful and also knowledgeable. They seemed to identify my issue and the causes really quickly. I was in so much discomfort with my back, I couldn't sleep, but I am now moving so much easier and getting sleep. Thanks guys.

I have been visiting Harris & Ross over the last few months concerning a knee problem. The physio I have been having appointments with is Luke, who is very friendly, always willing to help and has improved the state of my knee significantly. I'm glad I chose to visit Harris & Ross and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking the help of a Physiotherapist.
