We are open on our website as normal, deliveries to our customers are now in the normal range of 2 to 5 working days. However our showroom is still closed for customers wishing to call in. Hopefully this will also be rectified soon. The Door Handle Company is a specialist supplier of door handles, door knobs and door furniture at highly competitive prices.
The Door Handle Company carry stock of a wide range of products, deliveries to our customers are now in the normal range of 2 to 5 working days. All our teams in the office and warehouse are working and we can be contacted via our email sales@doorhandlecompany.co.uk. All of our parcels are despatched using Parcelforce's expert network of drivers who offer a 1 hour text notification service to all customers prior to delivery.

Door handles are for 44mm doors, this was not clear on the website (if indeed it was advertised at all). Asked if rods could be trimmed down or shorter ones sent, and was told somewhat impolitely to do it myself. I only have a hacksaw for the job, so something I'm sure their suppliers could do with ease, which I'd have been happy to pay a little extra for, took me a number of hours. I'd recommend saving yourself the bother and using a company with slightly better customer service. I also left this review on trust pilot, and the Door Handle Company deleted the review, which for me begs the question

Shocking service. Requested that my order be cancelled due to stock delays (they don't actually have anything in stock). False promises made for when I would receive the delivery. Final request to cancel was answered by "its too late the order has already gone". Web chat staff were sarcastic and unhelpful. When I received my initial refund this was £11 less than what I paid, had to speak to them again to find out why the refund was less. No apology, just that they will get it done now. Avoid this company. Wish I had read the reviews on Google before placing my order.
