We have recently purchased our first flat and Brooks were the selling agent. While the sale went on for much longer than we wanted and there were some stumbling blocks along the way, Dannii and the rest team at Brooks Estate Agents were great to deal with throughout the process. Even when things got tense at times, we were able to have a civil negotiation with Brooks which was fantastic! All the best to Dannii and the rest of the team going forward.

Brooks has has become very shady around giving back our deposit it’s been months now and we are still in dispute I would avoid for this reason. Make sure you take pictures when you move in and point out every minor detail as they will try to get you when your moving out. It’s such a shame there is such untrustworthy money grabbing lettings agencies out there. We were good tenants for 3 years left the flat very clean and tidy and they still want to take all our deposit.

I was in a rush to buy my property before the end of the stamp duty holiday and there were several complications with the property itself, which meant that it felt like it was going to take forever. I would totally recommend Brooks. It's a smaller family-run agency and benefits from that, in the sense that you're not made to feel like just another customer. James and Jake, in the Streatham office, dealt with our sale and they couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and forthcoming. They were quick to respond and went above and beyond to provide advice, reassurance and updates. We're so grateful that our recent sale went through, especially during such turbulent times - that had a great deal to do with the fantastic service that Brooks provided. We can't thank them enough!

I bought my flat in Streatham from Brooks nearly 9 years ago and had a positive experience with them. I then used Brooks to rent out my flat just over a year ago and they found me great tenants and managed the whole process really well. I also used Brooks to sell my flat recently and again Rob, James and the rest of the team were professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. Really pleased I used them as they were commercial, pragmatic and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
