Was directed by 111 to phone this dentist as I was having dental problems and am new to the area and was not yet registered with a dentist, the receptionist I spoke to was rude and condescending, was told I would be given a call back by a dentist, never got a phone call back. managed to speak to a different dentist and had my problems sorted the next day.

I’ve always been a bit nervous about the dentist and was recommended this place by 2 people. I went and honestly it was the best experience you could get as far as visiting a dentist goes. I was booked in with Ayesha, she’s fantastic; funny, reassuring, nice and very friendly. Highly recommend, especially if you find going to the dentist a daunting thought.

Been with since I was a kid. Was fine then but now it’s getting poor. In need of updating, needs to improve customer care as they are poor. Receptionist are rude and moan about changing appointments more then once. Even if you have commitments like work or being a student hours away. Overall has become very poor.
