We have extensive industry experience providing planning services for all residential and commercial construction projects. We try to incorporate basements and the use of roof space where appropriate to get the best value out of a design. If you already have a design in mind, we can provide help, advice and maybe a few ideas to help develop it further.
Insurance work: water damage - fire damage - theft - impact damage - storm damage and vandalism damage. We bring all the trades together: Groundworks, Bricklayers, Joiners, Roofers, Plasterers, Ceramic Tilers, Electricians, Plumbers, Decorators, landscapers, Fencers, Carpet Fitters, Kitchens and all interior design.
AJ Design & Construction understand that managing a team of tradesmen or a contractor on site without any knowledge of the building processes can lead ultimately to frustration and confusion on both sides and possibly the breakdown of the relationship between those involved. AJ Design & Construction can project manage for you, effectively removing these potential difficulties before they begin.
We contracted AJ Design & Construction to build our extension due to Andrew's obvious professionalism and can do attitude and we have had no reason to regret this. His entire teams work has been to a very high standard, the changes we made during the build were implemented with no fuss and very little change to the forecasted timescales.

Great service provided to replace our drive and build a new fence in our garden. Fantastic work, speedily done and to a brilliant quality. Andy and Patrick arrived promptly each day, and worked to a very professional standard, keeping us fully up-to-date with progress at each step of the work being done.
