New Cavendish Jewellers are specialists in Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond Jewellery. An excellent selection of Certificated Diamonds are on offer alongside a beautiful selection of coloured semi-precious stones such as Amethyst, blue Topaz & Peridot, as well as Pearls of all kinds and styles. Emeralds are derived from the Beryl mineral family and unlike Diamonds, Sapphires And Rubies, Emeralds by their very nature ten.
At New Cavendish Jewellers, we are able to provide a total After Sales service for both watches & Jewellery. Many small Watch & Jewellery repairs can be undertaken on-site but we also have our own off-site Watch & Jewellery repair centre. Most watch battery & strap changes can be done on-site the same day as well, while more serious watch repairs are worked upon by our own accredited watchmakers & also the Official service centres for the Brands.
When buying from distance you choose both the product and the seller. What impressed me the most was the time taken by NCJ to understand my choice and to chat through whether it was the most suitable watch for my needs and price point. Once my decision was made the watch was dispatched and on my wrist within 24 hours, exactly as described and promised.

Enquired about an IWC late on Wednesday afternoon, purchased over the phone on Thursday and it was on my wrist on Friday morning (Xmas eve), it was a pleasure doing business with Jitesh and getting the after sales care from Hitesh, true professionals. Whilst I was tempted to goto Chrono24 and another local dealer (who I was able to get to £50 lower) I had heard and have experienced brilliant service from these chaps. Jitesh (NCJ) is by far my most favorite person to deal with when it comes to new watch purchases, as I’ve now purchased 2, about to be 3 watches from him in the last several years. There is a sense of care/friendship from the initial conversation throughout the entire process. I contacted Jitesh at New Cavendish Jewellers yesterday to enquire about a watch and it’s on my wrist today! I recently bought my first watch from New Cavendish Jewellers and I am so happy with my choice. From the very first email I received from them the customer service was exceptional and in the store everyone was very kind and welcoming! When I visited, Nicola showed me the watch I was interested in as well as alternatives, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, the watch I wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer but Nicola was very communicative and let me know what to expect. The watch ended up arriving quicker than we thought which was fantastic! I'm in love with my watch and so grateful
