Bisque was founded in 1979 by Geoffrey Ward and John Gordon. Originally they were a plumbers and bathroom installation company but having stumbled across a towel radiator on his travels on the continent, Geoffrey was struck with idea of pioneering attractive radiators in the UK.

It was by no means an easy task but with the assistance of artist and designer Paul Draper, they revolutionised the way radiators were seen and sold - no longer as technical plumbing items but rather as desirable interiors products.Today their legacy continues and Bisque remains driven by enthusiastic people who understand how much attractive radiators can transform interiors.

Where to buy Report

The Bisque showroom is located at the Business Design Centre, Upper Street, Islington - a short walk from Angel tube station and 10 minutes from Kings Cross and Clerkenwell. We are open to all, from homeowners who want to purchase a single radiator direct, to interior professionals and installers.

I have had 3 Hot Spring radiators now, and all 3 have eventually rusted and pitted on the inside surface of the coils. terrible quality for such expensive radiators.

I really surprised and disappointed with your customer service. We have replaced bathroom towel rail radiator about 6 month ago. Some surface paint of the radiator was swollen then leaked from the paint spot two weeks ago. And we closed valve and reported our issue to a shop where we bought. Today I received response from you lab as refund or… replacement is denied due to Inhibitors. Our building use central heating with commercial boiler and whole building are connected. There are 19 flats in our building and all flats have no problem execpt your product. When we also used previous tower
