I have had very poor service from Maidmens this time, which is such a pity as I have used them for very many years. I paid their very expensive quote (over 3 times what I paid 6 years ago for essentially the same items) for the full packing service. In the past, and according to their website this includes unpacking and removal of cartons. They only sent 2 men for a removal from a first floor flat to a first floor maisionette, and for heavy items such as wardrobes this just wasn't enough manpower. They damaged the walls and woodwork up the stairs and didn't even apologise. The men were literally
