ACSAP Roofing have been involved in numerous structural decking projects involving such systems as Speeddeck and Tactray to provide well managed fastrack building envolope solutions for a wide range of clients over many years. We applied 3500sqm of 25 year guarantee, high performance ventilated torch-on-felt roofing system, to the entire main line station roof, together with profile metal cladding, roof dome installations and drainage systems, (all to a continually fully operational station). We also supplied post contract cleaning services.
This project included the application of 500sqm of mechanically fixed rigid PUR (polyurethane insulation), onto which we applied Rhepanol fk (polyisobutylene), single ply membrane. In addition to the roof coverings, the parapets were re-designed to have installed a purpose made fabricated steel capping system, to ensure long term watertight integrity and eliminate the previous suspect brickwork arrangement.
