Me and my wife cannot speak highly enough of the shop. Jo was fantastic, she helped us pick our rings, went through all the different options. She guided us but let us make the decisions on what we wanted. She was really friendly and this helped us when we were making these important choices and we never felt like she was pushing us to get the most expensive rings. The quality is great and we didn't have to wait long between ordering the rings and them being made. We would definitely recommend!

This is an exceptional jewellers. Jo really went out of her way to help me choose the perfect eternity rings. She goes above and beyond to provide the best service to her clients, for example I popped in to ask her advice after hand sanitiser gave me a rash. She cleaned all of my rings (not just the ones purchased from the shop) for free. If ever I’m looking for beautiful, high quality jewellery this is the first place I go.

I picked up this gorgeous ring today which was made specifically for me and to say I'm delighted with it would be an understatement. The service I received was nothing short of amazing. Both Erkan and Jo went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and nothing was too much trouble and the end result is an absolutely stunning ring. It's the second time I have used Venus Diamond and they are now my go to jewellers. I bought a beautiful pair of yellow gold diamond hoop earrings from Venus Diamond a few weeks ago. Jo was extremely helpful and showed me various pairs without it feeling pressured. She offered me an excellent price and also cleaned the earrings I was wearing for free. Very friendly and personal service and a fantastic selection of jewellery. Highly recommended!

Myself and my now husband bought our wedding bands from Venus Diamond this summer. We are based in London but knew we wanted to get our rings from the Lanes as Brighton is a special place to us. There is a lot of choice in jewellery shops in the Lanes but what really stood out to us about Venus Diamond is the wide variety of men's rings. Wonderful shop. Bought my fiancées engagement ring from here and Jo was great and made me feel at ease. She talked me through options and let me swap stones to suit. A little later than planned we have just collected our wedding bands which we also purchased from Jo and Akram. Service again was great and couldn't fault. Great relaxed atmosphere and a breath of fresh air amongst some of the older jewelers elsewhere in the Laines.
