Services
Your recovery and well being has been our priority for over 20 years. We take the time to develop close, personal relationships with each of our patients, in order to help us understand their individual needs. Neurophysiotherapy specialises in the assessment and treatment of individuals who have neurological conditions.
Aigburth Physiotherapy - Leading the way in acupuncture. At Aigburth Physiotherapy, we believe acupuncture is best used as an integrated approach to the management of pain and inflammation. How does it work? Acupuncture can reduce pain by stimulating the brain and spinal cord to produce natural pain-relieving chemicals such as endorphins, melatonin (which promotes sleep) and serotonin (to promote well-being).
Reflexology is thought to help bring balance to the body, which is important for maintaining good health. These points correspond to the various organs and structures of the body. Put simply, the foot can be seen as a map of the body. Sue discovered the benefits of reflexology nearly 20 years ago and went on the qualify as both a yoga teacher and a reflexologist.
Sports massage therapy is one of the most effective treatments for releasing muscular tension and helping to restore balance to the musculoskeletal system. Connie utilises a combination of deep tissue release and soft tissue manipulation, to help get you back to your optimal performance as quickly and safely as possible - whether it be related to occupational, recreational or competitive sporting activities.
Aigburth Physiotherapy offers the personal touch to individuals and organisations across Merseyside whatever help and support they need to get moving whether it's following an accident, due to a sports injury or just to improve your wellbeing. You wouldn't leave your car without an MOT so why do that with your body?
