Cancellations either emailed or left on an answerphone may not be noticed, therefore will not be accepted as received under any circumstances.
All equipment and display items are our property and must not be borrowed or removed, and must remain on the buffet table at all times. The client is responsible for the safety of our catering equipment until we return to collect it. Buffet food must be consumed within 2 hours of set-up for maximum freshness & safety, however we won't disturb your event, we'll usually pre-arrange a collection time with you up to 11pm.

Firstly we would like to thank you very much for the food you prepared for us on Saturday, it was all wonderful, and we had many people asking about you, and we handed out many of your business cards. Everyone with dietary requirements, myself included particularly appreciated you keeping everything separate and clearly labelled, you would not believe how often this does not happen.
