Services
SCS Technaseal are supported by all major sealant manufacturers. We are members of Adshead Ratcliffe's Arbomaster 'Approved Applicators Scheme and can offer a 10 year insurance backed warranty on certain products. We are licensed applicators for Kemper Waterproofing Systems and are also preferred applicators of Compriband and RIW products, carrying out waterproofing works with LAC, Flexiseal, Toughseal, Heviseal and more.
Sealant & Construction Services offer an extensive range of joint sealing services catering for all sizes of jobs from the individual house to large commercial projects, new work alongside remedial & maintenance contracts, whether internal or external, all are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
The diamond drilling division of Sealant & Construction Services is a knowledgeable and experienced team, specialising in precision concrete drilling utilising the very best drilling equipment available. Our operatives undergo the CITB Health and Safety Awareness test, are CSCS registered, and trained in drilling and sawing under the NVQ scheme.
SCS own a range of precision sawing equipment for all cutting requirements, from small apertures in brickwork to large openings in concrete slabs. We also carry out the installation of lintels where required. Our comprehensive range of plant includes large petrol and diesel floor saws for deep cutting and bigger contracts, propane gas powered floor saws for poorly ventilated areas and electric floor saws for extremely sensitive areas.
Sealant & Construction Services specialise in the breaking up and removal of large concrete areas. Bursting is used for the removal of large sections of concrete where heavy equipment is impractical. It is one of the safest and most efficient methods of breaking up concrete structures such as floors, walls and pillars of virtually any size, quietly and relatively dust free.
