Hughes Engineering Ltd has vast experience in the machining and fabrication of complex components in a wide range of steels, including all of the Austenitic and Martensitic stainless steels and of the more sophisticated alloys, such as Inconel and Duplex. A wealth of knowledge in the application, machining and welded fabrication of Engineering plastics is available to our clients and a range of vacuum chucking is in use on our machines.
Quality control is strictly monitored throughout the manufacturing process from material receipt to final dispatch and the company is an ISO 9001 : 2015 approved. Certificate no. Specific Quality control requirements can and are incorporated where clients require these and we are happy to discuss these in detail.
