I highly recommend Bears Pantry for your catering needs. We hired them for our wedding and they were so easy to work with, so cooperative with the needs of our guests (we had vegetarians, a person with a nut allergy and some autistic children with specific eating habits). Always professional and personable, and providing abundant amounts of tasty tasty food, noone will go away hungry or dissatisfied. I can personally recommend the cheeseboard, squash pot and sticky toffee pudding, and the Bears Boxes they offer for children went down a treat. They also can provide a table piled with food if you

Highly recommend Bear's Pantry! They catered for our wedding and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better! The food was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. We wanted laid back comfort food and it was perfect. The guests were raving about the food days later - in particular the blondies who converted the 'I don't do dessert' people. Karen was so organised and helpful (even when I kept getting myself confused with numbers) and answered my questions promptly. Thank you Bears team! We love you! x

Really shocking customer service. Had to cancel a wedding because of the pandemic, which is upsetting enough. A refund in line with the CMA's guidance was initially promised if we waited a few months for Bears to begin catering events again. This seemed fair. After doing that we were promised immediate payment in installments, but have since had no contact after a couple more months wait and chasing.
Understandable that businesses have had it hard, but in the grand scheme of things, the refund is a small amount compared to Bears Pantry's prices, and they have been active in events over the last

Where to start! Nicole, Sam and the rest of the Bears have been fabulous!! Everyone was so accommodating, patient and kind throughout our Wedding. The food was amazing, creative and delicious. Our guests were totally blown away by the standard of both the food and service!
If you want your Wedding or Event to be that bit extra we would highly recommended Bears Pantry.

We used Bears Pantry for our wedding catering and we would highly recommend them! The food was absolutely delicious, with several of our guests commenting that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The pies we had for our main course were a real highlight! The family style serving worked really well, and the serving staff were excellent - attentive, professional and friendly. With thanks in particular to Nicole for the great communications and organisation throughout.

These guys mean business. I had a few shandies on my wedding day so have pretty patchy memories. One thing I do remember is the food that Bears Pantry cooked up. It was absolutely on point. Of the 200 people that came, countless have commented on how the canapés were the best they'd ever tasted. Then the sit down... 3 faultless courses that came thick and fast. We were very descriptive / difficult about what we wanted - Bears totally took it on board and made a better version of what we could ever have imagined. It was spectacular. Thank you!

Bears Pantry provided incredible food and service for our wedding. The presentation of everything was amazing and more importantly it tasted absolutely delicious. All of our friends and family are still talking about how good it was 2 months after our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam and the team, they even provided some last minute staff for our drinks reception and rescued us in our hour of need! And to top it off they are super genuine and down to earth people. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

I have used Bears Pantry on more than one occasion now for both personal and business events and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and the team. Sam really shows attention to detail and can tailor to meet the mood of the party, corporate function or whatever event is being catered for. And of course the food is top notch! As the website says, big spoons, big portions, big flavours. Keep up the great work guys!!
