I have recently secured a new position which Mark Clarke contacted me about. I found him to be professional, helpful and responsive unlike some other recruitment agencies I have had dealings with. He gave me company background information and interview tips so I was fully prepared. I am happy with his professional service and grateful that I have managed to secure this new position. Cold and unprofessional (Mark Clarke). Put me forward for a job and the entire process was rushed (just wanted his commission and didn't care for me in the slightest).
Pressed for CV and cover letter on the same day - forgot literally the only day I told him I couldn't interview on and tried to book my interview that day and was frustrated when I once again told him I couldn't do that date. Didn't even tell me how to get to the interview location as it was on a very remote and tedious estate.
To top it all of he didn't even have the courtesy to inform me that I hadn't been offered the position

A big shout out to both Claire and Daryl for their help in finding me a decent job. They let me know everything about the company, what they do, how they work etc and gave me tips for the interview.
Plus, when my new employer was keeping me waiting a little while; Claire and Daryl kept me in the loop and encouraged my employer to make their decision as soon as possible. I really appreciated this, instead of being left in the unknown like I have been in the past. Claire and Daryl even followed up a week after I started to check up on how I was getting on.
Overall, 5 stars to GPW for their excellent

Positive: Professionalism
I have always found GPW staff to be professional, friendly and down to earth. Communication has always been clear, and accurate. Contracts have always been organised swiftly with payments for services correct and on time. A strong, honest relationship has been built which I hope continues for many years to come.
